You can help our fellow Kentuckians impacted by the tornado and severe weather system that took place on December 11, 2021. We have compiled a list of relief funds including monetary donation funds, blood donation funds, and volunteer organizations to help make donating and giving back seamless!

MONETARY DONATIONS

WESTERN KENTUCKY TORNADO RELIEF FUND: 

Governor Andy Beshear established the relief fund to help on-the-ground efforts and provide relief to families that are going to need to rebuild. Make a donation directly on the site, or get information for mailing in a donation.  CLICK HERE TO DONATE

WESTERN KENTUCKY RED CROSS DISASTER RELIEF FUNDRAISER 

The American Red Cross shelters, feeds and provides emotional support to victims of disasters; supplies about 40 percent of the nation’s blood; teaches skills that save lives; provides international humanitarian aid; and supports military members and their families. Facebook pays all the processing fees for you, so 100% of your donation goes directly to the nonprofit.  CLICK HERE TO DONATE  

UNITED WAY KENTUCKY

Kentucky’s United Way network is working with emergency management, disaster partners and local communities to support services for families impacted by the devastating tornado event. At this time, monetary donations are needed to support immediate needs and long-term recovery for impacted communities. 100% of donated funds received by UWKY will go directly to recovery efforts. Please consider rounding up your gift to cover the cost of credit card processing fees when donating.  CLICK HERE TO DONATE   

SALVATION ARMY DISASTER RELIEF

When disaster strikes, The Salvation Army is there to provide food, drinks, shelter, emotional and spiritual care and other emergency services to survivors and rescue workers. Your generosity enables The Salvation Army to serve those in need and to fight back against the pain caused by hurricanes, fires, floods, tornadoes, winter storms and other catastrophic events. When you support Salvation Army disaster services, 100% of your donation is applied to the disaster relief operation you select.  And The Salvation Army NEVER applies an administrative fee to any disaster gift.   CLICK HERE TO DONATE

Giving blood is an easy way to be a hero to families right here in Kentucky, in just a few minutes. Every two seconds someone in the U.S. needs blood.
